Find out more about Kingspan Water & Energy - visit our website https://www.kingspan.com/pl/en-pl Tasks: · Proactively management of ServiceDesk enquires;· Assist in the provision and installation hardware and software across multi-sites;· Assist in the day-to-day administration and ongoing maintenance of IT support and communication system;· Ensure least possible interruption to IT supply by network management activities and troubleshooting IT related problems in a timely manner;· Continually seek methods to improve the IT provision and service to the end user;· Ensure that the IT department maintains an adequate supply of computer consumables and equipment as necessary;· Assist in the training of users and colleagues;· Produce the highest standard of work possible in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures;· Assist in general department functions and perform other reasonable related duties as required. Requirements: · 2 – 3 years Service Desk/Helpdesk support using ticking systems;· Microsoft Windows 10 and Office 365 Support;· Experience and understanding of Active Directory, TCP/IP, and LAN/WAN;· Troubleshooting and problem solving a wide range of IT Software and Hardware;· Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritise own workload;· Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with / and advise internal customers at all level;.· Strong attention to detail;· Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines (SLA);· Be flexible and work as part of global team;· Must have Passport, Driving License, and access to a Vehicle;· Must be comfortable communicating in English & Polish;· Travel to other divisional locations as required.
