To enrich our IT department of the Marquardt Group located in Sibiu – Marquardt Business Services we are looking for you asIT Specialist – HR Systems and HR Projects QualificationsBachelor’s degree (or higher) in computer sciences, business administration or a related field;Hands-on experiences in the design and customizing of HR-IT systems as consultant or key user of the functional department;Comprehensive understanding of business processes in the area of Human Resources;Must have 3+ years of proven professional experience in the HR-IT environment;Solid knowledge of best practices like ITIL;Knowledge in project management methodologies especially in leading projects and in leading international project teams;Fluent in English (spoken and written), additional German language would be an advantage.ResponsibilitiesPerform customizing and clarification of the infrastructure needed for the solution to develop further the system with focus on personnel data administration, performance management, trainings management;Knowledge of time and attendance management will be and advance;Provide global support to the colleagues from the HR departments for all questions and optimization or change requirements;Analyze business processes, and translated into IT and system requirements;Participate in various projects to create sustainable solutions and a future-driven system architecture;Prepare training material and documentations as well as providing end user training sessions.
