Responsibilities
- Providing support for user requests around hardware, software, network and service issues
- Coordinate incident resolutions with Level 2 and Level 3 staff
- Understand your customer’s needs and exceed its expectations with a friendly and can-do attitude.

Minimum qualifications
- University graduate (Economic studies are an advantage)
- Language requires is German, min B2 level.
- Advanced Dutch language skills

- Good communication skills
- Previous experience in a multinational company
