Introduction Requirements Engineering degree or a bachelor's degree, with specialization in at least one of the following profile: AchA, ANCFD, BBABP, D,Geosintetice, GTF, HITIF, LINJ, MBM, MD, MNB, MTZ, Traffic safety; Minimum 5 years’ experience working in the Construction Industry in a similar role – preferred; Experience working on large scale construction projects or other suitable projects works; Preferred experience in contractor construction industry (infrastructure); Previous experience for elaboration and submission of suitable documentation for the ISC authorization approval of the construction testing laboratory; Previous experience of technical and organizational coordination for all the laboratory testing activities, with compliance for relevant regulations and standards (European and Romanian), including health, safety and environment regulations; Experience for preparation of test reports and mix design studies; Experience in Microsoft Office suite, and basic knowledge of Autocad software; Construction material knowledge (advantageous); Driving licence; Possess good interpersonal skills; Ability to work collaboratively; Ability to work to deadlines and targets and can prioritise tasks under pressure; Flexible and adaptable; Good organisational skills; Basic knowledge of English language (advantageous). The laboratory Chief has the responsibilities, working closely with the Laboratory Coordinator, of: training and implementing the Quality Management System of the Laboratory; ensuring compliance with all the reference technical standards for testing activities (European and Romanian Norms, Technical Specifications of the Project, Health, Safety and Environment Regulations; analysing test results and taking corrective actions when necessary; monitoring of the timely implementation of measures following inspections; checking test reports and technical documents for accuracy and compliance.
