Job DescriptionComplete responsibility of the labour law field, as of the HR Department.Prepare resolutions, guidelines, documents according to the Romanian labour practice.Actively consult and support management in connection with legislative changes.Monitor, analyze and if necessary, implement changes in procedures and documents according to Romanian of EU legislation as well as Romanian and EU judicial practice.The job is offering the possibility to work from Blaj or Sibiu cities and also offers remote working possibilities within Romania.QualificationsUniversity degree in the field of law.Several years of experience in the fields of individual and collective labour law.Experience gained within large/complex organisations, experience with production activity are advantageous.Fluent English language skills.Good communication skill, ability to work independently.
