About You Knowledge of videography and video streaming technologies – Must Knowledge of Video Software Testing methodologies, techniques, and best practices Problem solving, analytical and communication abilities Ability to effectively collaborate with executive management and stakeholders from different departments Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment High level knowledge and usage of raw video data and analytics reports Solid understanding of Video streaming solutions: from cameras to encoder to data center to end user  Fluent English is a must Taking ownership of all video issues and escalations for effective resolution About The Role • Perform thorough testing and validation of live streaming video workflows to ensure reliability, quality, and performance. • Identify, investigate, and document issues related to video quality, encoding, decoding, buffering, latency and reach. • Collaborate in the design and implementation of testing frameworks and tools for streamlining the testing process. • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases provide comprehensive conclusions regarding Ezugi video solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, system administrators, technical teams and product managers, to ensure supreme video quality. • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as video bitrates, resolution, frame rates, and playback statistics, to identify anomalies and optimize streaming performance. • Use various tools and technologies to simulate real-world network conditions, perform stress testing, and assess system scalability. • Work closely with content providers and partners to address any video quality issues, resolve technical challenges, and provide recommendations for improvement. • Document test results, write technical reports, and provide clear and concise feedback to the collaborating teams.
