ResponsibilitiesOrganize inbound and outbound logistic activities that provides cost effective, efficient and timely transportation services in support of the business, covering domestic market and external markets (Bulgaria, Rep. Moldova) Manage relation with logistic service providers in order to secure enough storage capacity, as well as collaborate with Site Manager for optimum utilization of own warehouse. Assist customer service activities necessary to communicate the shipping schedule with customers. Ensure the efficient management of shipments, and paperwork associated with the movement, loading, and deliveries.Skills & ExperienceBachelor degree with 3+ years relevant experience in Logistics or Customer Service Working knowledge of SAP ERP Systems Understanding of transportation regulations Advanced problem-solving skills, with attention to detail Excellent planning and organizational skills exhibited under tight deadlines with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory, good German – advantage Fluency in Romanian is mandatory
