Teams use agile methodologies for work organization Estimate the time required to complete own tasks and ensure that they are completed, documented, and in accordance with the rest of the softwareFocus on delivering the highest quality code within the agreed timeDemo newly developed features to the clientTroubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing softwareBe able to create technical documentation and lead a technical discussion about documented itemsUnderstand the security of systems and makes sure to follow security procedures on the project Communicate professionally with a diverse group of clients and staff members on topics related to own tasks What you’ll need to be successful in this role:4+ years of experience delivering high quality software using Golang language, paradigms, constructs, and idiomsExperience delivering high quality software using React in frontend Experience in building and delivering complex software systemsSolid knowledge of version control and source code management toolsFluent English language skills, both spoken and written.What’s nice to have:B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experienceMentoring and knowledge sharing abilitiesDemonstrated experience with best SDLC practices: coding standards, reviews, code management, build processes, and testingExperience developing Software as a Service (SaaS) applications and understanding the impact of this architecture in a deployment environmentExperience building safe and secure software solutions by following industry standard security best practices, and demonstrated security awareness in general.What’s really nice to have:Experience developing Single Page Applications in general (regardless of the tech stack)Good understanding of state management, especially with Redux, or a similar Flux based state management tool.Robust knowledge of data structures, algorithms, enterprise systems and asynchronous architecturesGood understanding of advanced concepts such as CDN, caching, (auto)scaling, load balancing, etcDatabase optimizations (query optimization, index generation, caching) NoSQL knowledge  Our mission in Romania is to:Create a core development team around which we will establish a presence in the Romanian market.
