Management Consultant - for Financial Solutions Area (Leasing&Credit) in Bucuresti

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Management Consultant to join our Financial Solutions Area. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the Financial Services Industry, coupled with IT consultancy expertise. You will collaborate with clients to solve complex business challenges, drive digital transformation, and deliver innovative IT solutions tailored to their needs. Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement & Advisory Collaborate with financial services clients to assess their business needs and recommend strategic solutions. Conduct workshops and brainstorming sessions with stakeholders to identify improvement areas and IT-enabled opportunities. Advise on industry best practices and emerging trends in leasing, credit, finance, and capital markets. Solution Delivery & Execution Develop comprehensive roadmaps for digital transformation, and technology adoption; Translate business requirements into technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with client goals. Project Management Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and client satisfaction. Coordinate with internal technical teams and third-party vendors to meet project milestones. Establish project governance and reporting mechanisms to ensure transparency and accountability. Business Development Support sales teams by contributing to RFP responses, proposals, and  presales presentations. Thought Leadership Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements in financial services area. Develop whitepapers, case studies, and thought leadership material to position the company as an industry leader. Represent the company at industry conferences, workshops, and webinars. Qualifications & Skills: Education Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or a related field. MBA or equivalent master’s degree is preferred. Experience 5+ years of consulting experience within the financial services domain, ideally in an IT services environment. Proven track record of delivering IT-enabled transformation projects in banking, insurance, or financial markets. Technical Skills Strong understanding of financial services technologies (platforms, tools, systems). Soft Skills Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
