The Opportunity As a Manager, your mission will be to coordinate several teams involved in designated financial areas to secure the high-quality & timely delivery of Intermediation Accounting activities, with strong drive for continuous improvements. This includes developing and maintaining a high-performance culture, ensure the appropriate level of competence and motivation within the Teams. Day-to-Day Responsibilities​ Your teams are responsible for supporting the process of reconciling with external evidence (settlement reports from the payment schemes,...), as well as the process of reconciling with external evidence (bank statements,...), the general ledger accounts impacted by the various transactional entries resulting from the processing of the payment instruments; Your teams are responsible for supporting the process of executing the clearings of intermediation accounts in SAP or collect evidence to support outstanding balances; You collaborate with other departments as required (Business Process Owners, Project teams for testing,...); You build strong relationships with the team and local business teams from the allocated country; Who Are We Looking For We look for big thinkers.
