Job Description: The Operations Management Trainee is enrolled in a comprehensive training program focused on experiencing and learning the various areas of UPS Operations (e.g., Preload, Reload, Hub, driving roles, etc.). He/She receives training and gains proficiency while assisting supervisors and managers in the various operational settings.
