Job DescriptionManages a team of OTC / PTP/ GL accountants supporting various EU territoriesHandles complex client specific queries, issues or escalationsActing as SPOC for key onshore stakeholdersSupport the team in achieving common goalDriving improvements in the teamSupporting, managing and developing the team membersCustomer focus  approach with strong stakeholders management skillsFocus on quality and timely delivery according to agreed SLAs/KPIsQualificationsStrong people management skills (at least 2 years of experience);work experience in F&A and management, preferably in the BPO industry.Good command of English Language;Additional language skills will be an asset (Italian, Spanish)Experience of SAP systems preferable;Proficiency in Excel;Technology-oriented and innovation promoter;Excellent project management skills, team player with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong problem-solving skills.Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and influencing skills in all aspects of assigned project areas.High level of customer service skills and very good communication skills;Very good analytical skills, able to prepare complex analysis and reporting;Able to improve the process and to motivate the staff to do the same;Ability to delegate tasks and set deadlines.Additional Information
