Manufacturing Engineer – Fresh Out in Câmpina

Responsibilities and Duties: Lean Six Sigma. Responsible for the design and continuous improvement of processes using Lean concepts, such as: standardized work instructions, line balancing, layout and work sequence (routing) optimization, training development matrix, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen/5S workouts, pull processes, TPM (total preventive maintenance), cell design, and quick changeover/batch-size optimization. Drive process optimization using Six Sigma tools such as Design of Experiments. Leads the production team in designing and continuously improving manufacturing process to improve yield, cycle time and productivity. Implement engineering specifications into processes and provides shop feedback to capture lessons learnt for existing and future designs. Creates, implements, and monitors key performance indicators and metrics on manufacturing process capability and product quality. Responsible for establishing and improving manufacturing process cost. Quality. Responsible for assisting in investigation, root cause analysis and corrective actions tied to manufacturing process quality. Qualifications: No prerequisite experience required but demonstrable interest in manufacturing is highly desired. Fresh-out graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent. Demonstrated strong analytical skills. Romanian and English language – fluent.
