Role Overview
We are looking for an Italian-speaking Marketing Customer Support Agent to support advertisers on a digital advertising platform. This role focuses on paid campaign support, digital marketing assistance, and advertiser experience, requiring strong marketing knowledge and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities

Support advertisers with paid campaign setup, optimization, and troubleshooting

Provide guidance on campaign performance and platform tools

Deliver high-quality customer service to marketing clients

Assist clients via phone, email, or chat

Maintain accurate documentation in internal systems
Schedule

Initial schedule (12-hour window):

Monday to Sunday: 07:00 – 19:00

Shifts: 07:00 – 16:00 or 10:00 – 19:00

2 rotational days off

Requirements

Fluent Italian and English

Experience in paid campaign management (mandatory)

Degree in Marketing or a related field

Proven experience in Digital Marketing

Previous experience in a Contact Centre or Service Program for an Advertising Technology company
