Responsibilities Support enterprise-wide on marketing efforts and implementation of strategies,Patterning with internal stakeholders to implement best practices and process improvements through Workfront. Core expertise working with the Adobe Workfront project management tool,Lead the optimization and design of Workfront objects to meet divisional business objectives while also managing the ongoing administration and user support of multiple Workfront configurations,Helping develop, maintain, and train others on Project Management processes and tools,Maintain digital asset management processes and repositories, lead and recommend asset management development and implementation,Support individual businesses as assigned, as well as corporate initiatives,Establish client and stakeholder touchpoints (kickoffs, approvals, deliverables) and set meetings accordingly,Assign project teams based on priorities, workload and skills. Manage project reporting (time tracking and metrics) via the project management tool,Deliver reports and recommend efficiency measures,Traffic manager manages project workflow within and across businesses by maintaining rolling prioritization in coordination with other project managersEnsure brand compliance - follow processes for proofing, template consistency, and Honeywell brand compliance.Workfront System Administration and Management: Support the system utilization and stability; Workfront Process Support: Ensure Workfront supports and compliments process for efficiency,Workfront Reporting: Create visibility and understanding of the work and resource utilization; Workfront System Training: Provide training and information to the organization to solidify system understanding and further support utilization.YOU MUST HAVE: Bachelor’s degree and minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, project management, Digital marketing tools and systems, etc.,Advanced knowledge of Adobe Workfront or similar project management tools,Familiarity with Agile project management methodology,Project Management skills and Analytical mindset, ability to manage multiple projects at the same time,Familiarity with Adobe marketing tech stack including AEM, Adobe analytics, Target, Marketo, etc.,Strong communicator with excellent verbal, written and presentation skills for presenting data in a digestible way,Excellent listening, written and oral communication skills in English,Experience working cross-functionally with business units.
