Your responsibilities will involve:
Providing administrative support to Medical Affairs departmentPreparing intradepartmental announcements, newsletters, departmental surveys, and presentationsMaintaining departmental tracking and metrics toolsCoordinating departmental onboarding and induction training of hired, promoted, or contracted Medical Affairs staffDeveloping reports for Medical Affairs managementMaintaining Medical Affairs knowledge librariesTracking training compliance of Medical Affairs staff and ensuring resolution of issues
Qualifications
Qualifications and requirements:
College or University degree1+ year of relevant experience in an administrative or clerical positionExperience gained in the Clinical Research industry (CRO or Pharma) is a plusFull working proficiency in EnglishDesire and ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDetail-oriented mindsetGood organizational and time-management skillsAdvanced proficiency in standard Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word) applications
