Metal Department Manager in Zalãu

We are looking for a Metal Department Manager to ensure that all external and internal requirements are met. You will be overseeing production processes in our client's Metal Department and adjust schedules as needed. You will supervise the work of the staff in your department in order to obtain the most cost-efficient results and meet the company’s objectives. You will be responsible for inspecting procedures and outputs and identifying mistakes or non-conformity issues. You will analyze data in order to find areas for growth and improvement. Very strong technical knowledge and ability to read technical drawings in order to understand concepts related to a technical production environment ; Critical thinking and strong analytical skills; Very good people management skills - previous experience in managing a team of workers is mandatory; Effective interpersonal and communication skills; Reliable project management skills; Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities or deliverables; Ability to manage multiple assignments and established deadlines; Very good level of English language; University degree in Engineering or similar; Knowledge of methodologies and standards of quality assurance (such as QRM, Lean manufacturing, 5S, ISO 9001) is a plus.
