The small mechanized equipment and hand tools will be handed over to the heads of the work points or to the executors on the basis of a voucher. Periodically check if they have returned to the warehouse. Notify the company’s management in writing, with the approval of the head of the department, of any unjustified damage or lack of accessories, as well as their delivery in an advanced degree of dirtiness. Open the personal inventory sheets, which you keep up to date with all the changes that have occurred. In these, the tools that remain for a longer period of time with the executors nominated by the head of the department are transferred. Distribute work protection equipment and keep records of it.
