As an O2C Pricing & Rebates Specialist within our GBS ENA, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of our order to cash processes. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver these processes effectively and on time, in line with our internal guidelines and task descriptions.But that's just the beginning. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to process improvements, share best practices, and lead initiatives to enhance our Order to Cash operations. Your expertise will be invaluable as you support the training of new team members and maintain relevant training materials.In this role, you'll build and maintain close relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and collaboration. Your keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be put to the test as you navigate complex issues and seek out innovative solutions.WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FORMaintenance and monitoring of specific master data details in SAP and other systems (returns tax codes/ Trade SKUs in SAP, Sales Force and Oracle)Maintenance of end-market-specific special Master data articles (Loop SKU, Chep SKU, Maintenance of material conditions Finished GoodsMaintenance of special conditions for External Agency+ Ecomm salesPurchase, Allocation and monitoring of required GTINs for future projectsProvision and maintenance of BAT master data in external databases (. "Atrify")Enabling and carrying out regression tests/UATSPoC for Category Management, NPI and Operations wrt to EM-relevant Material Masterdata topicsSOx documentation correspondent with the role responsibilitiesESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGEGood knowledge of Ms Office, Excel reporting tools.Customer oriented attitude and attention to detailDemonstrates a positive attitude while focusing on completing tasks or goalsRelevant experience in a shared services/BPO/ Finance organization Solid knowledge of the Order to Cash end to end processes and Global Operating ModelSolid specific functional knowledge in the: Cash application area, including banking platforms, collection methods (EFT, PayPal, cheques Credit & Collection area, including collection strategies & credit risk policies Order management and billing processGood understanding and knowledge on testing practices for SAP deployments WE ARE BATAt BAT we are committed to our Purpose of creating A Better Tomorrow.
