To strengthen our Operational Excellence team, we are looking for a Business Analyst & Project Management Officer. The role will report to the Operational Excellence Lead in SEE Market. Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to: Conduct workshop sessions to identify opportunities for improvement/ automation; Design, develop, implement, and manage process improvements & automation projects involving the stakeholders including defining project milestones and preparing a project budget; Manage and control business change and projects; Lead project planning sessions; Coordinate temporary project teams consisting of internal and external subject-matter experts; Ensure project progress and timeliness both in execution and financial point of view; Manage relationships with stakeholders by demonstrating robust control over the change and escalating risks and issues as soon as possible; Create and present clear business cases demonstrating presumptive project benefits and P&L impacts for stakeholder decision making; Create and/or oversee incoming and outgoing project documentation; Maintain and improve dashboards to track the projects within the portfolio, particularly the progress and benefits realization; Organizing and facilitating steerco meetings to present the project progress to the stakeholders; Collecting lessons learned after the project closure and proposing actions as continuous improvement; Review the project after-life. About youWe are looking for you, a flexible and open-minded project management professional. Skills and an inclination towards business analysis are highly desirable.Ideally, you are meeting the following hiring criteria: 3+ years of Project Management and/or Business Analysis experience, ideally in managing services companies; Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail; High degree of initiative and flexibility to successfully accommodate deadlines; Strong customer service orientation and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and management; Comfortable with following up on pending items as well as reporting any issues/risks; Strong process and problem-solving skills; Capable of working independently; Ability to multi-task and work under pressure; Advanced Excel spreadsheet skills; Comfortable working with diverse cultures and geographies; Comfortable in a fast-paced dynamic environment; Very good organizational skills; Fluent in English.
