Opportunity Project Coordinator in Bucuresti

Your day to day:To provide professional project design and bid support service in Pre-Sales stage for small-medium sized projects. To work in alignment with the UK Deals Assurance process and manage the deal through UK governance on behalf of Programme Delivery Assurance where required. With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:• Opportunity assessments to ensure delivery is succesful and product can be built, supported in accordance with what was proposed and sold.• Manages the Pre-Sales assessment in accordance with customers requirements and product capabilities, making sure of assessment documentation accuracy following the quality standards establihed for governance processes.• Participate in the pre-sales and post sales structures forums ensuring succesful delivery of the projects.• Create, Consolidate and validate Vodafone. resource project estimates for inclusion in customer opportunities • Create project plans and schedules to suppport and track milestone delivery, using tasks, dependencies and timeframes.• Create work packeges for small and medium opportunities. • Succesful handover of opportunities to portfolio for project deliveries. • Functional&Operational reporting to Pre-Sales Programme Design Manager With these skills you are a great candidate:• PRINCE2 qualification, Agile foundation, ITIL knowledge or equivalent recognised project management methodology• Experience of delivering within a structured Project management framework• Experience project planning• Self-motivated individual with good organisational, influencing, interpersonal and communication skills• Understanding of the importance and principals of business benefits and their realisation• Understanding and experience of working in a telecommunications environment.
