A day in the life of a Payroll Specialist (interim)
You will have responsibility for ensuring the integrity of the payroll processing across our entire portfolio. You will be the go-to person for technical payroll queries. You will be focussed on reviewing current payroll processes to drive operational efficiencies. ‘Fluid and proactive’ is one of our values and you will demonstrate this through your agile and solution focused approach to supporting the business.
Essential Skills
- Minimum 6 years payroll experience
- Strong current technical payroll knowledge
- Highly proficient in Payroll Manager
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and a passion to deliver top quality work
- Strong time management, organisational and planning skills
- Excellent communication skills - in person and written
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Passionate about start-ups
