Main Duties
§ Ordering, receiving, storing and internally distributing goods, in order to contribute to an optimal flow;
§ Ordering required goods within the framework contracts;
§ Receiving and checking the supplied measuring tools, goods and materials;
§ Develop and maintain weekly schedules for field operators, based on project needs, availability & qualifications;
§ Assign tasks and locations to ensure balanced workloads;
§ Storing the measuring tools and goods in accordance with the applicable regulations & protocols;
§ Preparing and collecting the measuring tools and goods at the request of internal customers;
§ Performing calibration tests according to internal procedures;
§ Responsible for the general order in the warehouse;
§ Use planning software to track operators attendance, job performance, time sheets and vehicle loads;
§ Monitor and manage the availability of the accommodations & usage of fleet vehicles
§ PC Skills: MS Office
§ English: medium-advanced level
§ Proven experience in workforce planning, logistics coordination or similar role
§ Strong organisational and time management skills
§ Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and prioritise effectively
