For this committed team that is doing great things and collaborating to deliver exceptional business results, we are looking for a Product OwnerAbout the position:The Product Owner will define a vision of a fueling retail solution by working on a cross-functional solution team and a delivery strategy for the development team to complete. On the daily basis, the Product Owner leads a development team to build a solution for fueling retail domain. As part of that, the Product Owner continuously collaborates with solution stakeholders to collect and analyze new business and technical requirements and turns them into delivery plans by breaking the requirements down into manageable chunks of work and prioritizing the development team work.Responsibilities Manage the solution roadmap and drive the development strategyLead the planning and prioritization of the program increment backlogsDefine the product vision, MVPs and their incremental releasesDefine epics and break them down into user stories and work with the dev team on their effort estimatesCollaborate with solution stakeholders, including customers, Product and Solution Management, Marketing and Development team to collect their feedback and incorporate it into solution planningLead the solution discovery and validation with Product Design and Engineering to solve customer pains and create business valueOwn the solution success through ensuring requirement clarity, delivery excellence and appropriate risk and dependency managementContribute to go-to-market and customer migrations plans working with Product Management and MarketingAct as the primary subject matter expert on the owned SolutionTrack the progress of solution delivery, its quality in a data-driven wayLead continuous improvement initiativesFollow our SCRUM methodology of development including contributing in weekly standup's and meeting weekly goals.QualificationsMin 4 years experience in technical program managementSolid understanding of product design and software development life cycle.Experience in Agile methods, scaled agile is a plusStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem resolution skills.Strong system thinking and solutioning skillsDemonstrated experience in organizations with a strong DevOps cultureExcellent verbal and written communication skillsApplied skills in product management tools like JiraDesired Qualifications:Basic technical knowledge of Azure Cloud and IoT technologiesUnderstanding of Software as a Service deliveryUnderstanding of the foundations of the good User ExperienceExperience with in Scaled Agile frameworks.Familiarity with reporting and business intelligence tools, like PowerBI.Benefits:Collaboration with brilliant and passionate peopleBonus: 10% of annual salarySpace to knowledge sharing, a clear career path and opportunity to grow within the companyPPE, social fundPrivate medical care and life insurance,Benefit systemMultisport/cultural card,Parking space / transportation allowanceFlexible hours and remote work possibilities
