Job Overview We are looking for a full-time Product Support Specialist to join our BigPicture product team. BigPicture is a project portfolio management application that is being used by over 12000 customers of ours, from small companies all the way up to the biggest names in various industries. We are looking for someone that will help our customers understand, adopt, and restore BigPicture features and functionalities.
