Tasks: Drafting project planning / concepts and ensuring their adherence (e.g. resource planning, master planning, cost planning, etc.) in coordination with main and special project managers and main and special departments; if necessary, initiating actions in case of deviations (based on DRX project management guidelines methods, etc.); Unhindered quality assurance and optimal servicing of the goods entry warehouse; Team coordination of involved parties; Management and supervision of performance indicators and taking preventive measures in case of deviations; Communication and cooperation with the relevant departments; Responsibility for the functionality of the material flow; Cost-conscious behavior in all economic senses; Responsible for supply of tools and equipment necessary for the activity; Monitoring of goods that have a deadline / due date; Verification of warehouse activities, regarding work safety. Profile: Bachelor’s Degree; Proven working experience in a similar position; Good knowledge of logistics processes; Written and spoken English; Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Knowledge of SAP - is an advantage; Automotive experience is an advantage; Very good communication skills, team–player and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple task, structured and analytical, solution and customer oriented thinking, with a strong desire to learn new things.
