Candidatul ideal
• Good spoken and written English is mandatory
• Good communication and inter-personal skills, with a positive, “can do” attitude
• Basic knowledge of computer systems, both in terms of hardware and software
• At least 1 year of experience in Software Quality Assurance testing, preferably computer games, is a plus
• Basic knowledge of Desktop Windows Operating Systems (Vista, 8, 10)
• Basic knowledge of Linux and APPLE MAC OS Operating Systems
• Good knowledge of MS Office suite (good proficiency at least with MS Excel and Word is a plus)
• Basic ability to build custom computer configurations (Hardware, OS, drivers, software, etc.) and tune performance (e.g. Overclock/Downclock CPU, RAM, GPU, VRAM)
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Previous experience with bug tracking databases and test tools (such as Bugzilla, Redmine, JIRA, TestLink) is a plus
• Decent knowledge of testing procedures and methodologies
• Decent knowledge of software and bug lifecycles
• Strong analytical skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to assimilate new knowledge quickly
• Ability to work proficiently in a team environment
• Ability to work on a flexible time-frame, including shifts
• Should be passionate about everything IT, new hardware and software, and Games in general.

• Review test design specifications to ensure full understanding of individual deliverables
• Execute and evaluate manual or automated test cases and report test results
• Use bug tracking software to track and report problems
• Communicate test results and progress to Project Leads and the QA team
• Help create test plans and test cases
• Build appropriate Hardware / Software configurations for tests as required to match client`s needs
• Monitor system resource usage parameters for the tested applications using various tools and record this data
• Analyze test and other data generated by tools, centralize results in custom forms
• Participate in the research, improvement and development of current and new testing methodologies.
