AbsoluteJobs is recruiting an experienced Quality Assurance Manager for its client, located in Salaj county, a leading manufacturer of comfortable, elegant and durable furniture for hospitals, care centres and elderly homes.Knowledge of methodologies and standards of quality assurance (such as QRM, Lean manufacturing, 5S, ISO 9001); Ability to understand concepts related to a technical production environment; Critical thinking and analytical skills; Reliable project management skills; Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities or deliverables; Ability to manage multiple assignments and to established deadlines; Effective interpersonal and communication skills; Good level of English language; University degree in engineering or similar; Certification of quality control is a strong advantage.You will be responsible for inspecting procedures and outputs and identifying mistakes or non-conformity issues; You will analyze data in order to find areas for growth and improvement.
