It fulfills the objectives defined for its position in accordance with the Control Plan. Each time he identifies deviations / nonconformities of the product / process in relation to the required quality specifications, he informs his hierarchical superior and can stop the production process where nonconformities have been found. It collects data and proposes corrective actions regarding any relevant problem or non-compliance in the area of work. He is responsible for ensuring safety at work from the other people who are part of the team. Use only the work and protective equipment provided by the company. Ensures the transmission of the data resulting from the control performed, in due time. Performs visual and dimensional inspection of the parts in accordance with the control plan / available technical documentation. It respects the control priorities, in order to fulfill the production plan. It handles the archiving and management of files and the use of collected measurement data. Performs measurements and makes control recordings. Responsible for controlling the products in its area of work and drawing up the documents for the non-compliant parts / components. Responsible for the management of non-compliant products. Record the scrap (scrap) in the electronic system. Records and manages the blocked materials, in specially arranged areas (quarantine) Provides support and verifies the results of re-assembly activities in the production area. Provides support for the inventory of managed areas (blocked parts areas, kept in custody) Manages and archives the evidence resulting from the complaints. Manages and maintains order and traceability in the department's archive.It provides specialized support to the production operators and the staff of the external companies involved in the internal production processes (sorting, evaluations, control) - if applicable.Experience in incoming inspection for over 5 years Knowledge above the general mechanical environment Solid knowledge in the use of measuring devices (micrometer, palpator clock / radial beat check, footstem, etc.) and interpretation of measurementsExperience in using 8D, PPAP, CA Advanced knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings.Collaborative, solution-oriented approach; Good skills to manage more responsibilities  Mid-level Office knowledge. Average knowledge of English (writing, reading, speaking).
