Being part of the team of Indirect Materials Procurement Operations Department, integrated in the Corporate Procurement Area and giving service to the Real Estate Category, in order to ensure the effective and optimal sourcing of the different product and services, for the commodities and vendors assigned, and required by the operating areas of SGRE global organization in collaboration with other Regional IM Procurement teams.This individual will be operating the procurement activities related to Real Estate principally for EMEA region, but also creating and developing standards to be applied globally and supporting or leading global sourcing activities as well as supporting Procurement teams globally when neededThe main commodities included in the Real Estate scope and which you will be handling as a Global Real Estate Senior Buyer are: Cleaning, Catering, Security, Maintenance, Utilities (Electricity, Gas,...), Waste Management and any other equipment / services which might be subcontracted.How You’ll Make an Impact For all of them, and for all different vendors assigned to the buyer, you will:Tender processes management (RFQs, E-Auctions, Negotiation and Awarding Proposals)Promote cost reduction actions based on the targets set for required servicesExecute procurement strategies to ensure the best market trends for the commodities included in the scope in terms of health and safety, performance, quality and costSourcing - look for new potential subcontractors for the countries and services included in the scope. MarketresearchRepresent SGRE in meetings with suppliersPropose and Apply improvement proposals for the area managementCoordinate and support the regional Procurement teamsCollaborate with the Legal Department in negotiating contracts with suppliers, in coordination with other internal departments (HSEQ, Field Operations, Finance, etc.).
