You will be part of our facilities team, where youwill be our first point of contact for clients and visitors, as well asbeing able to carry out the daily administrative functions of the office,coordinated within an international team.Among the most relevant tasks you will carry out receptionist functions such as receiving and welcoming visitors, answering anddirecting calls and mails, parcel management, scheduling meetingsor appointments, and maintaining office procedures.You will also carry out inventory management ofoffice supplies, placing orders, coordinating withbuilding staff and providing administrative support to different areas suchas purchasing or human resources. WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?For this position, we are looking for candidates withprevious experience in the activities described above, mainly as officemanager or receptionist, with excellent communication skills in bothRomanian and English.A good knowledge of MS Office package (Word, Excel,PowerPoint, Outlook) and Spanish language will be a nice to have.
