You will be responsible for: Developing, researching and identifying prospective talent providing a pipeline of qualified candidates. Analyzing industry, product and geographical trends in talent. Determining appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions. Managing tools, resources and technologies in identifying talent. May conduct employment background checks. May work with agencies Conducting screening calls Scheduling interviews Assisting Talent Partner in conducting interviews Participating in massive recruitment projects Requirements: previous experience in a similar role excellent communication skills ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadlines experience with social media, especially LinkedIn very good command of English proactive approach a good team player willingness to develop in the recruitment field What will make you a good fit for the role?
