We are hiring Content Moderators to join a global social media project in Porto. This is a great opportunity for candidates seeking a stable role in a structured, high-performance environment — no previous experience required.
You will help maintain a safe and compliant online environment by reviewing user-generated content and ensuring platform standards are respected.
Your Responsibilities
- Review online videos, posts, complaints, and legal notices
- Moderate and update content on a popular social media platform
- Audit uploaded content and ensure compliance with guidelines
- Follow strict accuracy and quality standards (KPIs)
- Protect customer data and ensure compliance processes are followed
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client policies and procedures
Working Schedule
- Monday to Sunday – 09:00 to 18:00 2 rotating days off
- Planned evening shift: 13:00 – 22:00
- Future possibility of extension to 24/7 schedule
Candidates must be comfortable with flexible working hours.
Candidate Profile
- Fluent Romanian (mandatory)
- Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Strong computer and navigation skills
- Detail-oriented and reliable
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work both independently and within a team
- Emotionally resilient and comfortable reviewing sensitive content
Please note: This role may involve exposure to sensitive or disturbing content. Emotional resilience and professionalism are essential.
Previous experience is not mandatory, but customer service or moderation experience is a plus.
