Our company is seeking to recruit a highly motivated Junior Planner, with a passion for effective planning, for our premises in Bucharest, Romania.
Responsibilities
- Plan and reschedule Liquid and Bulk Transport routes in accordance with company processes and procedures.
- Manage and resolve any issues that may arise during transportation.
- Communicate and confirm order details with customers, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitor, organize, and prepare CMR documentation for drivers.
- Plan and enter orders into the transport planning system.
- Communicate with drivers and assist them with required documentation.
- Maintain records by scanning, filing, and archiving documents.
- Monitor and manage office supply inventory.
- Participate in projects assigned by the Department Manager.
Requirements
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in both Romanian & English.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and excellent knowledge of Excel.
- Hands-on mentality, collaboration and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with suppliers and customers.
To qualify for the role, is nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field will be considered an asset.
