Would you like to be part of this journey? Your Mission: The RPA Developer will be an integral member of project teams responsible for implementing RPA solutions for our customers and partners, there by increasing the adoption, consumption and expansion of UiPath software.This is what you will do at UiPath:Develop a deep understanding of the UiPath Platform and its functionalitiesEngage with clients in both technical pre- and post-sales activities to ensure UiPath adoptionDevelop automation workflows with UiPath StudioLearn and utilize new exciting technologies and how they integrate with UiPathExpress your passion and enthusiasm by identifying out-of-the-box opportunities to expand the UiPath ecosystemHelp gather project requirements for integration with partner productsProvide support to internal teams, customers and partners’ Implementation teams throughout their project implementation phaseDevelop workflows and custom solutions to address specific customer needsImplement internal automations in order to improve the business processes used throughout the companyPrepare to deliver online and on-site trainings to customers and partnersDocument solutions and maintain best practicesRemain up to date on product releases, roadmap and act on them (from product to customers - education, from customers to product - feedback and feature requests)This is what you will bring to UiPath:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent practical experience)2-4 years of experience in object-oriented programming (C#, C++, VB, Java, or Python preferred)Relevant college internship experience is a plusUiPath RPA Developer Advanced Certification is desiredPrevious experience working with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, OpenSpan is a plusExperience with Test Automation, ETL tools, AI, ML, Process Mining or Document Understanding technologies is a plusSkills required: process minded, good presentation and communication skillsFluent written and spoken English is mandatory, fluency in any other languages is a plusPlease note that the primary location for the role is Bucharest, but we are flexible about remote collaborations and we encourage applications from talent across Romania.
