Your tasks:
- Interfaces, acquisition and collaboration with global located HELLA colleagues for specific customers regarding defined products;
- Carrying out all measures agreed (for the Business Division and Sales) to improve customer satisfaction (Customer Relationship Management);
- Coordinating, preparing and following up visits of internal and external customers, including all types of work involved;
- Providing information about the market situation, competitor activities as customer requirements and trends, to retain and extend market shares in the best way;
- Updates and maintains Sales Database using CRM/Salesforce tool;
- Prepares the offers toward customers in alignment with all involved Hella departments;
Your Qualifications:
- A bachelor degree in business management or related engineering discipline;
- Minimum 2 years of work experience preferable in automotive including product management, sales engineering or purchasing;
- Work experience with SAP - SD, MM, PS / Data Warehouse modules is an advantage;
- Previous experience with CRM/Salesforce or with another CRM is an advantage;
- Very good knowledge of MS Office;
- Fluency in English language is mandatory, German language skills would be a major advantage;
