Job Title: Sales and Customer Relationship Management Trainee   Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our sales and customer relationship management teams in an exciting international working environment. As a trainee, you will work closely with our sales and customer relationship management professionals to learn about the day-to-day operations of a sales department, and how to develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers. Join us and take your first step towards a rewarding career in sales and customer relationship management!   Responsibilities:   • Learn from experienced professionals by observing and shadowing their work and techniques. • Attend and participate in sales and customer relationship management meetings, and contribute to discussions. • Collaborate with the team to develop and maintain positive customer relationships, while also updating and organizing customer data. • Provide support to the sales and customer relationship management teams by assisting in report preparation and conducting market research. • Communicate with internal customers to address inquiries and provide any necessary support.   *This is a scholarship program and our focus is on providing a learning environment for you to develop your skills and knowledge. As a trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn and contribute to the team's efforts, while also receiving guidance and support from our experienced professionals.   Requirements:   •            Enrolled in a business, marketing, foreign languages or related program at an accredited university •            Good communication skills in English or German or French,   written and verbal •            Ability to work collaboratively with a team and also work independently. •            Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks. •            Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. •            Familiarity with Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn customer relationship management software. •            Interest in sales and marketing techniques.   * This internship program will provide you with hands-on experience in sales and customer relationship management, and the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals in the field.
