WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As a Sales Engineer your mission is to deliverexceptional pre-sales engineering support and training to our partners and customers. By developing strong relationships as a trusted advisor, you help us drive sales growth and customer satisfaction. You work in close collaboration with our sales and marketing teams, and your responsibilitiesincludeproductdemos, project design support, events, customermeetingsand supporting colleagues and partners on technical and product related matters. You willregularly deliverour Axis Communication Academy courses to our partners and customers inRomania and Moldovaboth in-person and online – in English and inRomanian. In thisroleyou’llbe in a unique position to learn the latest about our products and solutions and how they are used in a broad range of application areas, from security to industry projects. In thisroleyou will work with our products and ourpartnersand customers daily.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Deliver project design support by designing technical solutions that meet customer needs.
Act as a trusted technical advisor and expert both internally and externally on technical and Axis product related matters
Demonstrate, configure and setup Axis solutions for proof of concepts anddemos.
Participate in tradeshows, customermeetingsand eventstorepresentthe company
Develop your own skills andexpertisecontinuously
Actively collaborate with partner and colleagues around events,projectsand customer activities
Keep updated on latest developments in the industry
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We'reseeking an enthusiastic engineer passionate about technology, customers,trainingand business. You have a keen interest in helping our partners find the best possible Axis solution thatmeetsend customer needs in security and beyond. You are a team player and have a passion for achieving results through others. You are passionate about teaching and can hold inspiring presentations and can explain complex technical topics to a mix of audiences. The right candidate has experience of working in pre-sales, ideally within the CCTV industry or within the IT industry. You are a keen and quick learner who alwaysseeksto learn and develop in your day-to-day work. Finally, you are creative,curiousand passionateabouttechnology.
The role involves frequent traveling throughout Romania and Moldova, and occasional travels in Europe.
Apart from this you have the following qualifications and experience:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience from technical position in the IT or security industry
Track recordof delivering demonstrations and training sessions
Experience of working in a fast-paced sales environment
Fluent in English and Romanian, both spoken and written
Knowledge of network infrastructure is a plus
