Additionally, you played a pivotal role in supporting the CRM Product Owner TI, focusing on optimizing our Salesforce platform and broader CRM functions, while ensuring governance and data integrity within the Transformation of Industry Business Controlling team.How You’ll Make an Impact Community Engagement and Process Enhancement: Engage actively within the Sales Governance community, driving policy improvements, and implementing a robust communication network across the IMBs to share updates and actively be involved in the development and refinement of the SE LoA process. Compliance and Tool Management: Supervise the correct implementation of the TI LoA process, support role assignments, and conduct regular monitoring of the LoA tool to ensure compliance across the IMBs. Documentation and Release Management: Manage the LoA release process, including the collection of vital approvals and maintaining audit-proof documentation, as well as ensuring the completeness of required materials for LoA decisions and meetings within the Business Area Level. Salesforce and CRM Landscape Development Support: Assist in the development of Salesforce and the CRM landscape within TI, providing crucial support across the IMBs with a focus on the Salesforce platform. Salesforce Strategy and Integration Support: Support the CRM Product Owner TI and Salesforce Champions in the global Salesforce strategy, its implementation, and integration, coordinating change requests, user stories, and issue resolution in Salesforce. What You Bring CRM and Salesforce Proficiency: Expertise in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, including platform administration, customization, and development. Bid Management and Governance Expertise: Experience with bid and sales management processes, governance, and compliance, including a deep understanding of Limits of Authority (LoA). Business Sense and Contractual Knowledge: Strong business insight with knowledge of contractual conditions and commercial terms, underpinned by financial literacy to support strategic business decisions. Project Management and Collaboration Skills: Proven project management capabilities and the ability to cultivate collaboration across diverse business units and teams. Analytical and Communication Abilities: Strong analytical skills for problem-solving combined with excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
