Function: Sales Operations Reports To: Senior Director, Business Analysis The Senior Manager of Sales Operations supports the organization through high impact operational execution, process innovation, and strong stakeholder partnerships.Responsibilities• Leads the team who partners with Global and Regional Management of Regional Sales and/or Channel programs;• Aligns and drives strategic initiatives from Channel leadership across internal Veeam resources and groups;• Guides standardization of reports across all teams to ensure consistency in analysis approach globally; • Leads performance analysis to identify areas of concern and best practices. Use this analysis to provide actionable feedback and areas of focus to improve performance;• Facilitates and advise annual planning activities to align Channel for optimal execution;• Advises and constructs business analysis to support decisions on global strategic initiatives (market analysis, promotions, etc.); • Partners to prepare business analysis for Global QBRs, Summits, All Hands• Maintains effectiveness when experiencing major changes in work responsibilities or environment (e.g., people, processes, structure, or culture); adjusts effectively to change by exploring the benefits, trying new approaches, and collaborating with others to make the change successful;• As a people manager, fosters a work environment that encourages people to act with integrity and treat each other and their ideas with respect; creates and protects a high-trust environment by setting an example, advocating for others in the face of challenges, removing barriers to trust, and rewarding others for demonstrating behaviors that cultivate trust;• Encourages others to implement better approaches to address problems and opportunities, leading the implementation and acceptance of change within the workplace;• Secures and compares information from multiple sources to identify business issues; commits to an after-action review weighing alternative solutions against important decision criteria.RequirementsExperience in coaching, influencing and/or building high-performing cross-functional teams is desired;Relevant experience in business analysis or sales operations at a technology company;Effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal);Fluent English (reading/writing/speaking);In Return You Can Expect:To work with great team members, who are as passionate as you!
