NTT DATA Services is currently looking for an SCCM Configuration Specialist for our growing team in Romania..
Role Overview
Provides Information Technology solutions to support various project and client environments. Utilizes configuration management suites to define, manage, build, release and deploy hardware, software and patches to endpoints throughout enterprise environments following standard configuration management processes and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Reviews application packaging, image creation and software distribution service requests for completion and validates inputs with customers;
- Tests installation of operating systems and software according to provided instructions;
- Configures virtual workstations for build and test work effort and builds application package according to specification;
- Performs quality assurance testing and delivers application package to customer for user acceptance testing;
- Builds and tests software distribution packages;
- Monitors configuration management infrastructure for systemic problems, errors and alerts;
- Provides ongoing information to leadership, customers, and peers regarding enhancements, innovations and solutions;
- Troubleshooting of Windows OS, Active Directory, LDAP, registry, WMI, Windows Installer;
Qualifications:
- Patching experience
- Good experience with imaging
- Strong experience with SCCM 2012, patching and SWD
- PowerShell experience
- Good understanding of ITIL concepts
- Very good level of English, both speaking and writing
