You will work closely with the Automation tribe (3-4 squads working in different automation themes). These squads are multi-disciplinary, having IP Network engineers, process experts and developers. Main responsibilities: Facilitate and lead Scrum ceremonies (like planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives);Drive the team through impediments, organizing/facilitating necessary contacts and workshops;Help the team to delivery according to ART and continuously improve;Act as a servent leader guiding the team to make decision, focus on value and self-organize (pull);Coach the team and organization on Agile way of working/Passionate Agile Champion;Support organization on its transition to Agile/SAFe. You might be the perfect match if you are/have: 6+ years of practical experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager role, with a strong understanding of Agile principles and values;Experience working with cross-functional teams and leading them through the Scrum process;Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to facilitate team meetings and discussions effectively;PMI Agile Certified Practitioner is highly preferred or similar certification;Ability to coach and mentor team members in the use of Agile principles and practices;Ability to identify and remove impediments that may be blocking the team's progress;Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills;Ability to adapt to change and handle ambiguity in a fast-paced environment;It's not required content knowledge, but it's expected deep interest in technology and curiosity to learn and understand the high level picture to be able to effectively take part on solutions designs. Moreover, we appreciate skills in these areas:knowledge of the German language.
