Senior Full Stack Developer (Golang) in Sibiu

Responsibilities Our client is an American publishing company, operating 29 daily newspapers in fourteen states, a national leader in digital media growing rapidly in the digital space and delivering award-winning journalism. We are looking for a Senior Developer to join the Digital Subscriptions team and build the best possible experience for the users willing to subscribe to any of the services. Responsibilities Writes the web services and APIs used by front-end developers and mobile application developers. Designs and develops unit test modules. Performs peer code reviews. Works effectively with a remote team, with a good level of autonomy. Collaborates with other team members and stakeholders. Qualifications and Experience 5-8 years of professional programming experience. Experience working in a multi-disciplinary agile team. Experience with a revision control system (e. g. GIT, Subversion). Modern software design patterns. Proficient in Golang. Highly preferred: JavaScript, NodeJS. Nice to have knowledge of user registration and paywall systems.
