Leads, coordinates, and makes decisions regarding the activities of the IT department within their area of responsibilityMonitors new trends in the IT field and supervises the continuous improvement of the information systems within the factoryMaintains constant communication with all other departments within the company, especially with Production and Logistics, ensuring the proper functioning and use of the information systemsMaintains communication with the Central IT teams regarding the implementation of new IT standards and practicesPrepares, submits for approval and efficiently manages the budget allocated to the IT departmentOrganizes and supervises the maintenance of IT Infrastructure (PCs, laptops, printers, surveillance and access control systems, network equipment, servers, and backup equipment)Coordinates controlled access for third parties to the Adient information system for technical interventions, ensuring compliance with security policies and the protection of the company's intellectual propertyEnsures the backup of data is performed in accordance with internal norms and standards, as well as legal requirements in the field Manages the activity of creating/deleting user accounts and user groups in the Adient network based on information received from the HR departmentStrictly adheres to all Adient procedures regarding data and information security policiesSupervises the company's employee training program in the IT fieldCoordinates the team members, ensuring effective collaboration and task completionProvides availability for on-call standbyEscalate system issues and IT communication problems to the central team and plant managementFocus on continuous improvement by optimizing systems, solutions, and automating data collection and processingQualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in information technology or Telecommunications3-5 years’ experience in similar positionAutomotive experienceExperience in network management and help desk supportUnderstanding of TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN configurationExtensive expertise in data backup and recovery systems (Veeam)Strong knowledge of cybersecurity solutions and vulnerability management (Tenable, Otorio Titan)Experience in Server Administration and proficiency in Microsoft PowerShellExperience with VMware vSphereExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailAdvanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignmentsGood MS Office skillsFluent in EnglishPRIMARY LOCATION
