Description Summary: Senior Manager, Media Operations - Romania and Bulgaria If you are ready for this challenge & want to help us protect & enhance the reputation of our brand, category & company, then you are the one. What you’ll do for us The Senior Media Operations Manager belongs to a team of media experts, who are knowledgeable thought leaders in media strategy and activation. The Senior Media Operations Manager is a key player in the IMX (Integrated marketing experience) team. They understand the local market consumer/shopper media opportunities, the competitive landscape and are someone who can develop and execute operational plans for our media investments to better connect with each brand’s audience. The Senior Media Operations Manager will: Collaborate with the Media & Connections Director to help translate connections plans across our portfolio of brands into efficient and effective media plans. Work closely with the Frontline Marketing teams to ensure we have the most effective and efficient media plans for our brands across respective markets, out-performing versus competitors in all brand program KPIs. Help coordinate media agency relationships across markets and ensure organized and timely operations across all projects and administrative tasks. Consistently monitor and reports the status of our brand presence and performance, handling data requests, governing TCCC’s (The Coca-Cola Company) Responsible Marketing Policy and driving productivity and key media KPIs. Oversee audit discussions with audit partners and media agency to ensure TCCC is maximizing investment. Partner with stakeholders to track and evolve the existing media and digital measurement discipline, ensuring maximum utilization of existing protocols and tools, and leveraging learnings for each of the markets within the OU. Connect our media plans with wider disciplines including social media, influencers, and experiential (amongst other functions) to maximize alignment and effectiveness. Manage relationship with ecommerce team on transactional media integration and D2C media operations. Support in sharing routines and communication with bottling partners. Manage relationships with media companies to ensure TCCC is at forefront of opportunities and maximizing value from relationships. Control & report media investment (actual vs planned), approving the Agency buying orders, shifts and invoices and recommending corrective actions when necessary. Preparing budget evolution information (real vs. planned investment) and revising and approving the media buying POs for media agencies and media partners in collaboration with the finance team. Where required, establish a routine with the crisis management team to solve potential issues in (social, digital) media in a timely manner. Qualifications & Requirements: Significant local market media experience - FMCG experience preferred. Preference for individuals that have worked in agencies and/or media sector in the past. Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams is preferred. Deep understanding of the media landscape including digital and data-driven advertising (programmatic, DMP knowledge essential). Experience in working with different external partners (i.e. agencies or media companies). Ability to control big media budgets at a local level and a proven track record of managing multiple projects. Strong analytical skills, organization, and excellent attention to detail. Expertise to review, develop and negotiate multi-media channel plans.
