About the roleWe are embarking on an ambitious journey to leverage innovative technologies which accelerate our business growth and reduce our cost to serve, by incorporating new core business delivery ERPs, Workflow tools and various automation solutions, operational process changes and organizational construct. This role is responsible to drive multi-faceted projects with a focus on automation and take responsibility for driving efficiency and innovation across the EMEA Region. Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to: Lead and control project and operational resources to implement new technologies (System changes, RPA, IDP, Alteryx) and optimize our processes (analysis, design, implementation, hyper-care, and benefits realization phases using a data-driven approach);Be responsible for collaboration with the Business on process automation exploration (inc. E2E processes), opportunity identification, assessments, value case definition, and delivery;Supervise automation developers on automation projects to 1. Identify 2. Quantify and Prioritize 3. Deliver and 4. Sustain various automation across the region;Facilitate workshops to identify automation opportunities through process mining, data gathering, and traditional process workshops;Assess, plan, and supervise the projects related to new system implementation;Embed quality review and governance in all activities Design & deploy effective change management techniques to influence, train and guide operational teams;Define and implement change management strategy in accordance with regional and global continuous improvement strategy to ensure stakeholders are knowledgeable, prepared, and motivated for the changes;Coach, mentor, and support other team members to enhance delivery performance Provide regular and accurate reporting to required stakeholders;Establish effective reporting on plans and actuals of projects benefits, progress, risks, and issues to the different stakeholders for data-based decision making;Contribute to governance meetings, reporting to local and market leadership teams;Effectively manage project financials and benefit realization;Establish clear and measurable project goals which improve business performance;Establish benefit tracking mechanisms which will be handed over to finance after project's completion. About youWe are looking for you, a flexible and open-minded project management professional, keen on process improvement and automation. Skills and an inclination towards business analysis are highly desirable. Ideally you are meeting following hiring criteria: 5+ years leading complex & multi-country programs, involving system, process, or organizational change;3+ years in E2E Process optimization and automation or management consulting;2+ years of strong experience with digital technologies such as Workflows, RPA, IDP, and Data automation (e.g. Alteryx);Communicating with and influencing C-Suite stakeholders;Exceptional organization skills and self-motivator to work independently;Using analytical and problem-solving skills;Experienced in a matrix organization working with remote, cross-functional teams;Exceptional written and spoken English (Russian would be a plus) Qualifications;Degree in Economics, Computer Science or Business related subject;Project Management qualifications or similar.
