As a Senior Product Manager, you will be an essential part of our team, taking a leading part in overseeing the development and execution of our product strategy. Size, prioritize, and work with your cross-functional team to envision and build the very best solutions. Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Legal, Compliance Data Protection and Business Development to define, scope, measure and deliver the right solutions iteratively. Partner with business teams to make pricing, packaging, and business model decisions that contribute to customer success and revenue growth. Communicate broadly to the company about upcoming plans and opportunities, and be an evangelist for your team’s interests within the company. Define the strategy (Product Manager) and manage the roadmap of your product area, empowering teams to be autonomous in seeking long-term impact. You bring: Being a subject matter expert in the pharma industry with expertise around drug launch and commercialization - it’s a huge plus.Previously been a product manager for a Data product for >2 years it’s a must-have6y + of Product Management Experience in the SaaS, Pharma or MedTech industryYou have the technical knowledge needed to work effectively with software engineers, platform engineers, infrastructure engineers, and presentation layer engineers Ability to analyze both usage data and qualitative feedback to draw conclusions and make recommendations Knowledge about ML & AI What do you need to be successful? Demonstrated leadership in building and shipping applications or software pharma products. Proven record of successful product and business outcomes. Experience working through a full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization, and pre/post-launch execution. Experience defining vision and strategy for a product.
