As a Services Planner, you will contribute directly to delivering high‑quality services to our customers and ensuring operational excellence across our Service business. Your role will be essential in driving smooth coordination, accurate order handling and an efficient end‑to‑end service process. You will work closely with Sales, Tendering, Logistics and our Services teams, helping ensure that customers receive the best experience — every time. What will you do Ensure accurate and timely management of service orders in CRM/ERP systems. Coordinate daily with internal teams to secure a seamless information flow and proper scheduling. Support the planning of service interventions and ensure documentation is complete and up to date. Communicate proactively with customers to confirm scheduling details and follow up on ongoing activities. Monitor the progress of service operations and ensure compliance with internal standards and processes. Identify risks, delays or process gaps and escalate where needed. Maintain high‑quality data in CRM/ERP and prepare reports for internal stakeholders. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. We’re looking for a colleague who is collaborative, organized and passionate about delivering a great experience to both customers and internal partners. Our next colleague will bring: A university degree; a technical background (electrical/power/electronics/automatic control/robotics) is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships. Excellent organizational skills and a strong eye for detail. Native Romanian language skills (spoken and written). Good level of English. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience with CRM/ERP tools is a plus. Previous experience in order management, planning or coordination roles (nice to have).
