Description
In this role, the Software Development Team Leader will be responsible for leading product development project team. He/she will also be responsible of the development and testing of SCADA/Cloud software and applications for RTUs and Flow Computers and of software development for tools utilized by those.
In collaboration with our colleagues from Canada, you will put your skills to the test in order to build state of the art web applications as part of the Zedi IoT Platform.
Responsibilities
- Program manages the development of SCADA/Cloud and PC based software for Remote Automation Solutions products;
- Managing continuation activities in support of the existing customers;
- Participate in continuous improvement activities;
- Build world-class, industrial-strength web applications with a strong focus on usability;
- Deliver secure and responsive solutions that meet customer needs now and ensure we can meet their growing needs in the future;
- Be proactive in identifying gaps in our products and processes;
- Bring a depth of experience to a team that is passionate about becoming thought leaders in our industry.
- Travel requirements - minimum (potentially 4 times a year) to a maximum (1 per month);
- Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or technical equivalent;
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with software development activities for desktop/web products and development of applications running under the Windows operating systems;
- Proficiency in JavaScript and frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue.js.;
- Well versed in .NET 4.x Framework;
- Proficiency in ASP.NET Web Forms or ASP.NET MVC;
- HTML, CSS (LESS, Sass, etc., and frameworks such as Bootstrap);
- Experience with web services and standards like REST, JSON, and OAuth;
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git;
- Proficiency in Visual Studio;
- Experience with SQL;
- Familiarity with Responsive Design;
- Experience with Entity Framework or NHibernate;
