With locations in practically every country, city, town and transport hub, and options ranging from an hour’s coworking to multi-year office space leases, we enable people and businesses to work where, when and how they want.The roleAs a D365 CE Architect for IWG you will:• Provide functional expertise and conceptualize prototype concepts and logical architecture.• Conceptualize and develop a platform roadmap and architecture to meet the business needsof IWG.• Collaborate with the Software Development team to design and lead the systemarchitecture processes.• Provide work estimates that permit prioritization and assignments to be made.• Act as a mentor to junior colleagues by educating them on technical and non-technicalconcepts and sharing best practices. Demonstrates deep industry knowledge and drivesrecognition through presentations and engagements with external audiences.• Works as part of a wider team of enterprise, solution, data and platform architects reportingto the Director of Architecture.What you'll need to succeedYou have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent, a Master's degree in information management or equivalent degree and/or experience. You have at least 5 years of successful experience working in a global IT architecture role and 10+ years professional IT experience in a major, global organization.Main requirementsMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Certification• Experience which includes estimating, scoping, and writing effective statements of work thatclearly set expectations and limit risk.• Demonstrated excellence at presenting complex development topics to both businessexecutive and technical personnel.• An ability to articulate architectural differences between solution methods and thechallenges and approaches to integrating solutions built on different platforms including aworking knowledge of different architectural frameworks.• Desirable technical experience includes hands-on expertise in several of the followingMicrosoft products or technologies: .NET, SQL Server, SharePoint, Office, AAD andapplication architecture.• Knowledge of full application life cycle design tools and methodologies.• Ability to move between high level architectural review/design and the roll up the sleeveslevel of doing all phases of an application delivery project.• Good business management knowledge with strong consulting, negotiation and influencingskills.• Strong communication skills. Advanced English reading, writing, speaking and listening skills.• Strong analytical skills and a strategic, international and goal-oriented mindset.
